Walking…something we all take for granted. Two days ago I would have commented along the lines of wondering if evolution will ever endow us with ‘marsupial pockets’. Yesterday, I was out purchasing merchandise for my new business and I twisted my ankle. Last night I was in excruciating pain from an ankle spasm and resorted to fashioning a ‘rolling crutch’ out of an office chair. I haven’t taken so much as a Tylenol in ~15 years so I relied on ice, ‘tickle massage’, elevation, screaming and old-fangled suffering. It is decidedly better this morning and at least for a while, I won’t be taking a stroll or a sprint for granted.
Well I hope you get better soon Elizabeth.

Unless I’m asleep or in the shower my feet are pretty much permanently parked in some hardcore boots (the tanks of footwear). My feet need a house.
