Really really like the first pic, the blown highlights, the high contrasts. Although your son stares out of the window and stands still, the image is filled with energy.
…And off they sprung!:)
I get a lot of pretense to action from the first picture of your son. Contemplation; but something serious going on there. Considering options. I get the seventies from your daughter, but a serious seventies feel, totally alert and focused to what is going on. Very intelligent, and not vulnerable in any way . . . Uma Thurman in “Kill Bill”, but not about to put herself in that kind of insane situation. That’s my impressions, for what they’re worth . . . the camera goes deep for you, FJ. Great work!
Thanks B. I like the first shot as well. I walked in the living room and saw him standing at the window and I said, “Don’t move,” and then grabbed my camera.
I’m crying…. Love my Christian boy! Such an amazing view of such a sweet boy! And my Rachel girly is perfect as usual!
Seriously….I’m crying….your kids own my heart forever!!!
Having never seen your kids before, this was a treat…for the eye and the memories. And I must say: the way you station your camera is so…Andy Warhol-Meets-Gweneth Paltrow-and-JFK-in-a-Motel-6.

Mmmm, high contrast.
Mmmm is right.
great photos, both of them. But I really like the one of your son looking out the window. Your daughter is a very pretty young woman
Thanks Nursie.

Thanks Shipra and I agree with you about the sub-surface energy. Happy Holidays.
Thank you for sharing these. The one of your son is awesome and your daughter is lovely!
Thank you YnB.

Awesome backstory Dan and more accurate than you’d think. Thanks for the kind words.
The shot of “boy” is GREAT! The shot of “girl” is very calming and sweet, like she is. Excellent!
Thanks T.
What a nice glimpse into your world. Love the black and white, it allows me to focus on the subjects themselves.
What a nice thing to say, thanks DF.
i look depressed! i realllllllly like the one of christian. a lot. i wish i knew what he was thinking…
No you don’t, trust me, I am an artist. Ditto on the rest.
Great shots. But why did you name both of your kids “Being”
Ha!
Bearman…you so funny.
Na…if I was really funny someone would be paying me for this stuff.
I love these shots. And I love Dan’s comment as well.
That first photo is mesmerizing, even from the back your son seems so contemplative. And your daughter is beautiful.
You make good offspring, FJ!

Love you all
Thanks and stop crying this instant.
I am Jones…I can’t help myself!
I like the pensive pose Christian struck….great pic of Rachel….she looks like Jeanie.
You’re right Angie, thanks for checking in. Happy holidays!!
Great looking kids, FJ. I certainly hope they have not inherited the gall bladder and narcolepsy issues you suffer from. That would be a shame.
Thanks TL, I think we’re in the clear on this one.
Great shots, FJ. Thanks for the peek into your life.
Why thanks CLT.
Very nice photos FJ.
A lovely family – just as I would have expected. Hope you’re all together for the holidays.
Thank you Mr. Don and Happy Holidays to you too.
The son is obviously hurting more than daughter.
